What is the turnaround time?It takes 7-10 business days (from label approval) to receive the label from label company. Once the label has arrived at our facility, it will only take 2-3 days to have the order ready to ship.

Are the prices listed net pricing or coded pricing?The starting prices that are listed are all coded pricing. We price on a C or R.

Is there a setup charge?Yes. There is a one-time setup fee of $75 (net) on all orders. Repeat orders will not be charged this fee.

What are the different bottle sizes and corresponding label size?We have the following bottle sizes: 1.7 oz. bottle - 1.55"x 4.05" label 3 oz. bottle - 2.55"x 4.05" label 5 or 6 oz. bottle - 2.55"x 5.05" label 12 or 16 oz. bottle - 3.05"x 6.05" label

What color safety seals do you offer?All products come standard with black safety seals. For a $0.05 upcharge, we can change them to yellow, red, or clear seals.

Do you have an in house graphics team?No. We do not. However, we can outsource any design work needed to an excellent graphics designer. The fee is $50/hour (net).
